Cancellation & Refund

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for the software products and digital services provided by AWP Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). Because what we sell is software and digital services — not physical goods — the terms below reflect that.

1. Nature of our products

We provide software products, subscriptions, and related digital services. Access is delivered and provisioned electronically. Once a subscription is active or a service has been made available to you, it is considered delivered.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing us at connect@awp.dev.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which it is not renewed.
• Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current or past billing periods.

3. Refunds

Given the digital nature of our products, fees are non-refundable. Once a subscription period has begun or a digital service has been provisioned, payments for that period are not refundable, except where a refund is required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

We do not offer refunds for partially used or unused portions of a billing period.

4. Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after a valid cancellation — contact us at connect@awp.dev within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate promptly and reverse any charge we confirm was made in error.

5. Custom software engagements

Custom development work and bespoke engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which sets out its own fees, milestones, and cancellation terms. Where that agreement addresses cancellation or refunds, it prevails for that engagement.
