Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without any cancellation fee.
After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a processing or service fee (if applicable).
Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered cannot be cancelled.
For services booked in advance, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service start time.
If cancelled less than 48 hours before service commencement, a cancellation charge of up to 50% may apply.
Services that are already in progress cannot be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Transaction fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the product/service.
Customized, made-to-order, or digital products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.
Subscriptions or recurring services may have separate cancellation terms, specified at the time of purchase.
